Delivery
UK mainland orders under the value of £50.00 are subject to a delivery charge of £3.95, orders above £50.00 include delivery to UK mainland. In stock items can be delivered on a next day delivery. Most non stock item deliveries normally take 10-14 days and we will contact when goods are ready to ship. Should the delivery period be outside of this time period we will also contact you. Please note however the Jane and Bugaboo ranges can take up to 4-8 weeks for delivery however it is normally much quicker.
Please note delivery's will need to be signed for. We will notify you by phone or email with an expected delivery date. If you won't be at home please give an alternative address where the goods can be signed for i.e. Your work address. We can arrange a Saturday or a timed delivery for an additional cost of £25.00.
Please note we do not supply off UK mainland. If off UK mainland you may place an order however you will need to make arrangements to collect the items from our outlet in Minehead, Somerset. Off UK mainland is classed Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and all other Islands. If any faults occur warranty is valid, however you will need to return the goods to our outlet and collect when repaired/replaced.

Cancelling of orders
You can cancel an order at any time without any cost however all cancellations must be made in writing to info@babys-first.co.uk. Order cancelled after shipment will be subject to a re-stocking fee.
Damaged or incorrect items on delivery (DOA)
In the event that you should receive a damaged delivery or incorrect items in your delivery you should contact us immediately in writing with full details. If you have any enquiries regarding returns then please email info@babys-first.co.uk.
We will endeavour to collect and despatch replacements as soon as possible after we receive notification of damaged or incorrect items. Should any item be out of stock you will be given the option of a refund, a replacement product of the same value or the option to wait until the product comes back into stock at which point it will be despatched immediately.
Unwanted Items
If, for whatever reason, you do not wish to keep your purchase, please return it unused and unopened with all its original packaging for a refund. Any returns should be made within 7 days of receipt.
NOTE: Once the item has been used we cannot accept it back.
NOTE: We will not refund your costs in sending the product back to us or our original shipping cost in sending the product to you in this case. If you wish us to collect an item the cost will be £20.00.
NOTE: All returns must be made within 7 working days of receipt of your order. We cannot accept returns after this time.
NOTE: We charge a £10.00 re-stocking fee for orders over £50.00 which covers our costs of shipping the goods to you in the first place. There is no re-stocking fee for orders under £50.00

Faulty items under warranty
A six month warranty is provided on all items. The warranty period is six months from the date of the invoice. Please keep all documentation and the packaging should the item need to be returned. If you do not have the original packaging the pram will need to be packed well in a box with sufficient packaging.
The item will need to be returned to us for evaluation, should your item need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair please note we do not provide a replacement for the period the item is away, we will however endeavour to keep this time to a minimum. We will collect and either repair the pram or replace it should the item be beyond repair. No charges are made for the collections or return of your item should the item be found to be faulty. If no fault is found then you will be liable for any carriage charges.
Please note you will need to get authorisation for any return prior to sending the item back as it may be refused by our outlet. General wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. All warranty return requests must be made in writing to info@babys-first.co.uk to receive a returns number.
Please note if the manufacturer decides that your product was subject to misuse a charge may be made to effect any repair.
Goods under warranty off UK mainland
Warranty is valid for goods off UK mainland however you will need to return the goods to our outlet for repair/replacement.
